CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All purchases of online courses, digital educational materials, downloadable resources, and other digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

For in-person courses, workshops, or live events, cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund.
